摘　　要：制度对社会道德状况有重大影响。道德的实现以制度对利益关系的合理解决为前提,制度对道德有示范、规范作用,制度对道德的作用与道德的本质要求相关,在社会快速变动时期制度是不可缺少的社会整合力量,对道德的实现有重大作用。制度不公导致道德失范,加强公正的制度建设将推进道德进步,形成良好的社会道德风尚。Mechanism has great influence on social status of moral, the realization of which depends on the mechanism of solving benefit relations. Mechanism functions the demonstration and criterion for moral, and it is the indispensable power for social integrity during a rapid changing social period. Institutional inequality leads to moral anomie. To promote the just mechanism construction can drive moral development and bring good social moral environment.
