高校异地办学融合问题实证研究——基于江苏科技大学张家港校区的实践

摘　　要：我国省属普通理工高校异地办学,特别是跨地域办学带来融合问题,如文化理念差异,人才队伍不稳,产、学、研一体化不足,基础设施短缺。就目前的情形看,我们认为,对校地两方而言,三大举措可以而且应该践行:理念变革、人才政策与特色办学。其中,理念变革是前提,实施人才优惠政策是关键,走特色办学之路是根本。School running on branch campuses of general polytechnic universities, especially across region, has in itself some problems of amalgamation, such as the difference in cultural concept, unstable talent personnel, deficiency integration of production - learning - research and insufficiency of infrastructure. So far as the university and branch campus host are concerned, it is hold that three measures should be taken： conception change, talent policies, and school running features, among which conception change is the premise, talent policy implementation is the key and uphold school running feature is the fundamentality.
