品管圈活动在结肠镜检查护理过程中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在结肠镜检查护理过程中的应用效果。方法选取2013年10月运用品管圈活动进行结肠镜检查患者120例,按肠镜室检查间随机分为观察组60例和对照组60例,观察组由6人组成品管圈进行回顾性分析。结果运用品管圈活动,提高了镜检成功率(观察组镜检成功率98.3%,对照组镜检成功率88.3%,P<0.05),患者满意度也明显高于对照组(观察组满意度100%,对照组满意度93.3%,P<0.05)。结论将品管圈活动应用于结肠镜检查的护理过程中,提高了团队精神,提高了患者满意度和护士满意度。Objective To study the quality control circle activities in colonoscopy application effect in the process of care. Methods Choose the patients which need scolonoscopy,120 cases of our hospital outpatient service in October 2013.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group by colonoscopy examination room. The observation group is made up of 6 people qc circle, learning the knowledge of the qc circle, using quality management circle activity were retrospectively analyzed. Results The use of quality control circle activities, improve the success rate of microscopic examination of the patient（98.3%vs88.3%）, patient satisfaction with nurses（100%vs93,3%）. Conclusion Applying quality management circle activity to colonoscopy nursing process, improve the team spirit, improve the patients＇ satisfaction and nursing satisfaction.
