输血科对临床用血科室监管模式的探讨

摘　　要：目的:促进临床用血的安全、合理、规范、有效。方法:制定临床用血各项规章制度和标准操作程序;加强多种形式的培训;从医院临床用血管理委员会为协调层、输血科为具体执行层的全程双层监管模式对临床用血科室进行规范管理。结果:2012年与2011年比较,临床成分血使用的增长率低于住院人次和手术台次的增长率,临床用血适应证符合率升高,临床输血病历的质量逐步提高。结论:运用全程双层监管模式加强临床用血科室的监督管理,是临床合理用血、安全用血的有力保证。Objective：To promote the safe reasonable, standard, effective use of blood.Method：The regulations and standard operating procedures of blood use were established. Various forms of training were carried out.The clinical use of blood were supervised by blood use management committee and blood transfusion department.Result：The growth rate of blood components costs was lower than the growth rate of Inpatients and operation times. Clinical coincidence rate to blood use increased. The quality of clinical blood transfusion records gradually improved.Conclusion：It is a powerful guarantee for safe and reasonable use of blood that two department full supervision to the clinical use.
