改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术32例围术期护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对32例OSAHS患者行改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术,并做好围术期的心理护理及康复指导,密切观察其生命体征,预防并发症。结果:本组治愈22例,显效6例,有效4例,总有效率100%,未出现严重并发症。结论:对OSAHS患者行改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术,科学合理的护理措施是巩固手术疗效、减轻并发症、减少复发的重要手段。Objective：To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）with modified uvulopalatopharyngoplasty（UPPP）.Method：UPPP was applied to 45 patients with OSAHS,perioperative mental health guidance was given to the patients and close observation of vital signs and preventing complications was carried out.Result：22 patients were cured,effectual in 6 patients,effective in 4 patients,the effective rate was 100%,it did not appear serious complications.Conclusion：UPPP is applied to patients with OSAHS,scientific and reasonable care measures is an important means to consolidate the operation effect,reduce complications,and reduce the recurrence.
