孙中山地方自治思想对我国农村基层民主建设的启示

摘　　要：孙中山的地方自治是其民权主义体系中政体设计的一个重要组成部分,也是实行民治的重要手段。为实现民主政治,他与时俱进地不断加以阐述、发挥和发展这一思想主张。其积极内涵值得当今我国民主政治制度吸收和借鉴,尤其对我国基层民主建设有着重大的启示意义。The thought of regional autonomy advocated by Sun Yat-sen is an important part in regime design of civil rights and is also an important means to implement the concept ＂of the people＂. Sun kept pace with the times and developed this idea all the time in his life. Its positive connotation benefits democratic political system, especially those at the grassroots.
