摘  要:2008年8月-2009年11月,研究了水平潜流湿地的总磷去除效果及影响因子。采用主成分分析方法,提取主要影响变量,构建了出水总磷含量的多元回归模型。结果表明,水平潜流湿地单位面积总磷去除率在8月最高,A、B和C处理单元的总磷去除率分别为(0.44±0.14)g/(m2·d)、(0.41±0.11)g/(m2·d)和(0.35±0.07)g/(m2·d)。9-11月,随着温度的降低,总磷去除率逐渐降低,并在11月出现最小值,A、B和C处理单元的总磷去除率分别为(0.20±0.04)g/(m2·d)、(0.18±0.10)g/(m2·d)和(0.17±0.06)g/(m2·d);利用多项式函数对出水总磷含量与不同环境因子之间的关系进行拟合,发现进水与出水总磷含量之间存在正相关关系,水温、溶解氧和浊度与出水总磷含量之间负相关,水体pH对出水总磷含量的影响呈单峰变化,pH为7.6时,出水总磷质量浓度出现最大值,为0.047 mg/L,随水体电导率升高,出水总磷含量呈先升高后降低的变化,电导率在6.05μS/cm时,出水总磷质量浓度达到峰值0.014 mg/L。通过主成分分析,提取了4个综合变量,分别为进水总磷含量、氧化还原条件、电导率和浊度,利用逐步回归算法,构建了回归模型。不同处理单元出水总磷含量的实测值和模拟值对比结果表明,模型能够基本反映出水总磷含量的变化趋势和范围(R2为0.745-0.835)。Performance of a horizontal subsurface constructed wetland running for two years was assessed and the areal total phosphorus removal in different months and impact factors were analyzed from August 2008 to November 2009. Based on the main influencing factors extracted by principal component analysis, multiple regression models were applied to predict total phosphorus concentration of effluent(TP0). The results showed that the areal total phosphorus removal by the horizontal subsurface constructed wetland reached the maxmums in August [A unit: (0.44±0.14) g/(m2· d), B unit: (0.41±0.11) g/(m2·d), C unit: (0.35±0.07) g/(m2·d)] and dropped to the minimums in November [A unit: (0.20±0.04) g/(m2 · d), B unit: (0.18±0.10) g/(m2 · d), C unit: (0.17±0.06) g/(m2· d)]. The polynomial analysis of relationship between total phosphorus concentration of effluent and different environmental factors suggested that the total phosphorus concentration of effluent- was positively correlated to that of influent while negative correlations were observed between the total phos- phorus concentration and wastewater temperature, dissolved oxygen, water turbidity of effluent. A single peak influence of water pH on the total phosphorus concentration of effluent was found and the maximum total phosphorus concentration of effluent of 0.047 mg/L occurred when pH equaled to 7.6. The total phosphorus concentration of effluent decreased after a peak of 0.014 mg/L at a water conductivity of 6.05 μS/cm. With the method of principal component analysis, three complex indicators including the influent loading, redox condition and soluble ion concentration were extracted and subsequently used for the total phosphorus concentration of effluent prediction by multiple regression models.
