村镇银行发展中的“脱农”问题研究

摘　　要：近年,村镇银行在发展中"脱农"现象不断显现,使其与成立之初衷相背离,如:网点布局脱离农村贫困地区,服务对象偏离"三农"范围,经营方式违背"三农"原则等。文章通过分析村镇银行发展中的"脱农"现象和表现成因,从而提出相应的政策建议,以期通过政策引导和自身完善,促使村镇银行服务回归"三农"。In recent years,the phenomenons of＂off the farmers＂appeares continuously in the development of village banks：the networks are away from the poor rural areas;the scope of service objects is out of the＂three rural issues＂,the operation modes are against the principle of ＂three rural issues＂etc. These phenomenons show that the banks are deviating from the original intention. Through analyzing the phenomenons and the causes,the article puts forward relevant policy suggestions so as to promote the service of rural bank return to the scope of＂three rural issues＂.
