摘　　要：在投资项目经济评价中,由于投资估算存在不确定性,因此都必须进行不确定性分析,而盈亏平衡分析又是进行不确定性分析常采用的方法。文章通过盈亏平衡分析在房地产开发项目经济评价的实践应用中存在问题的解剖,结合实际案例说明在实践中应如何更科学地运用盈亏平衡分析方法进行房地产开发项目不确定性分析。Due to the uncertainty of investment estimate,uncertainty analysis must be done in the economic evaluation of investment projects,and break-even analysis is often used for uncertainty analysis. This paper analyzes the problems of the application of break-even analysis in the economy evaluation of investment projects,and thus illustrates the way to apply the break-even analysis more scientifically for the uncertainty analysis of the investment projects.
