载银沸石抗菌剂的研制

摘　　要：以人造沸石为载体,采用离子交换的方法进行载银人造沸石抗菌剂的制备研究。研究制备工艺对载银沸石抗菌剂的抗菌性能影响。利用现代分析方法红外光谱(FT-IR)与X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析样品的结构,研究抗菌剂中银的存在状态。通过正交试验,确定最佳制备工艺条件是:人造沸石与AgNO3溶液的固液比为1∶1.5,反应温度为50℃,反应时间2 h。抑菌实验表明,制备的载银沸石抗菌剂具有良好的抗菌性能。Silver loaded zeolite antimicrobial agent was prepared by using the method of ion exchange and artificial zeolite as carrier.The impact of manufacturing process on the silverloaded zeolite antibacterial performance was studied.The sample structures were analyzed by using modem analysis method such as FT-IR and XRD.The existence state of the silver in antibacterial was researched.The best preparation condition was determined by orthogonal experiment.The solid-liquid ratio of synthetic zeolite and AgNO3 solution is 1 ∶ 1.5,reaction temperature 50℃,reaction time 2h.The antibacterial experiments show that silver zeolite antimicrobial agent which is prepared has good antibacterial property.
