摘　　要：热媒炉是给原油加热的设备,在东北输油管道中起着重要作用。针对原有的控制系统不足,采用基于美国A-B公司的ControlLogix系统的控制方案,结合热媒炉工作原理,将启停点火逻辑控制、自动燃烧回路控制、RTU远程通信整合到一个系统内。结果表明,达到了优化燃烧节能的设计效果。Thermal medium heating furnaces are important equipments used to heat crude oil transported by pipe lines in the northeast of China.Based on the working principle of the furnace and the control method of ControlLogix system developed by A-B company of United States,the logic control of start and stop of ignition,the automatic loop control of combustion,and the RTU remote communication are integrated into a control system to improve the functions of the heating control system.The optimized combustion and energy saving results are achieved by the proposed control system.
