摘 要:目的:探讨"五常法"在手术室管理中的应用效果。方法:应用"五常法"的原理,制定审核表,对手术室的环境、物品设施及护士的言行进行规范化管理,并定期进行检查和考核。比较实施"五常法"前后手术室管理的质量。结果:实施"五常法"后,物品、器械、仪器和急救物品的准备完好率均明显优于实施前,取物品和补充物品所需时间较实施前也相对减少,手术科室的医务人员及患者对手术室工作人员的满意度也有明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用"五常法"管理,能提高护士的管理意识,提高护理质量和工作效率。To investigate the application effect of“5s management&quot;in the operating room management. Method:The principle of“5s management&quot;was applied,audit tables were formulated,the operating room environment, facilities and the nurses’words were implemented standardized management,and regularly checked and examinated. The quality management of“5s management&quot;implemented before and after in the operating room were compared.Result:The implementation of“5s management&quot;,articles,apparatus,instrument and first aid supplies readiness rate were significantly better than before,the time of fetching and complementing things were relatively reduced,medical staff related to the operation department and patients satisfied with the operating room staff also had obvious improved,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The application of“5s management”can improve the nurses management consciousness,improve nursing care quality and work efficiency.
