摘  要:应变强化会导致深冷容器内容器的容积发生变化,进而影响容器的使用。为此,基于非线性有限单元法提出了强化后内容器容积的计算方法,并对具有不同设计参数的内容器的应变强化过程进行了模拟研究。研究发现:筒体厚度对容器容积变化的影响主要源自于不同厚度板材力学性能的差异;无加强圈的容器的容积变化率与筒体长度呈正相关,含加强圈的容器的容积变化率与加强圈间距呈正相关;环向应变小于5.5%的应变强化容器的容积变化率一般在10%以内。The strain strengthening can result in volume changes in cryogenic pressure vessel's inner container,and can affect their normal operation. A computational method based on nonlinear FEM was proposed and the cold stretching processes of several vessels with different design parameters were studied. It's found that the influence of vessel shell thickness on the volume change comes from different mechanical properties of the steel material. For vessels without stiffening ring,the volume increase is in positive correlation with the barrel length and for those with stiffening ring,the volume increase is in positive correlation with the spacing of the stiffening ring. When the hoop strain of the vessel is less than 5. 5%,the increase of volume can be within10% in general.
