双层桨釜底通气式搅拌器性能分析

摘  要:介绍了一种气液多相混合搅拌器的新型结构,将普通自吸式气体分散器置于釜底并对其结构进行改进,以适用于双层桨的安装和气体的通入。借助计算流体力学软件(CFD)分别对安装有置于釜底的普通自吸式气体分散器和新型气体分散器的搅拌器进行了气液两相和液相单相流的数值模拟。根据环境压力进出口模拟条件下气体被吸入的情况可知,该分散结构在通气情况下可节省34%的静压能。在对新型气体分散器性能数值模拟中,比较了双层6PT组合桨在不同安装高度时的搅拌流场,比较得出在该新型结构中,当双层6PT组合桨安装距离为200mm时,有较好的搅拌效果和较低的能量消耗。A new gas-liquid mixing stirrer was introduced,which has a self-suction gas disperser situated at the tank bottom and has its structure improved to benefit the installation of double-layered impellers and gas access. Having general gas disperser and self-suction gas disperser at the tank bottom simulated respectively with CFD software shows that the new mixing stirrer's decentralized structure can save a 34% static pressure energy under ventilation conditions; simulating the property of new disperser and having the stirring field of double-layered 6PT impellers compared show that a 200 mm installation distance for the 6PT impellers can bring about a better stirring effect and lower energy consumption.
