摘 要:目的观察血清Chemerin水平与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的相关性。方法 256例2型糖尿病患者根据是否合并冠心病分成两组:未合并冠心病组(156例)以及合并冠心病组(100例),酶联免疫吸附法检测两组的血清Chemerin水平。多元Logistic回归分析血清Chemerin与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的相关性。结果合并冠心病的2型糖尿病患者的血清Chemerin水平明显高于未合并冠心病的2型糖尿病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清Chemerin水平是2型糖尿病患者发生冠心病的一个独立危险因素。结论血清Chemerin水平可以作为预测2型糖尿病合并冠心病发病的一个血清学指标。Objective Chemerin is a newly discovered adipokine. This aim of the study was to determine the association of serum chemerin levels with the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied by coronary artery disease. Methods This study consisted of 256 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus: 156 without coronary artery disease and 100 with coronary artery disease. Serum chemerin levels were investigated in the two groups by enzyme-linked immunosorhent assay. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between type 2 diabetes mellitus and the coronary artery disease. Results Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with combined coronary artery disease showed significantly elevated serum chemerin levels compared with those without coro- nary artery disease. Serum chemerin level was a determinant parameter of the presence of coronary artery disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Conclusions Serum chemerin level can serve as a predictive serum marker for the development of coronary artery disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.
