摘　　要：采用培养学习兴趣,多媒体教学、典型案例分析,加强外科基本操作训练,探讨腹腔镜外科临床教学方法。学员通过短期培训之后,腹腔镜外科理论水平和临床基本操作能力均明星提高(P<0.05)。培养学习兴趣,多媒体教学,典型案例分析,辅以外科基本操作训练是腹腔镜外科临床教学的有效方法。This paper discusses the clinical teaching method of laparoscopic surgery by means of the cultivating interest in learn-ing ,multimedia instruction ,typical case analysis and strengthening the surgical basic operation training .After short-term train-ing ,students’ laparoscopic surgical theory level and clinical basic operation ability are significantly improved （ P＆lt;0 .05 ） . It shows that cultivating interest ,multimedia instruction ,typical case analysis ,supplemented by surgery basic operation training is an effective clinical teaching method .
