松木牙垫在急诊洗胃胃管插入及固定中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察松木牙垫和传统牙垫在抢救急性中毒经口留置胃管洗胃患者中的临床应用效果。方法:2009年5月至2011年1月收治的成年急性中毒经口插胃管自动洗胃机洗胃的患者186例为对照组,使用传统塑料牙垫辅助洗胃;2011年2月至2013年1月共200例为观察组,采用松木牙垫辅助洗胃。对2组患者的一次性胃管置管成功率、洗胃异常情况、洗胃时间等进行比较。结果:观察组的一次性胃管置管成功率、洗胃异常情况发生率分别为99%、6.5%明显优于对照组91.94%、31.18%,洗胃所需总时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:松木牙垫在急性中毒经口洗胃中能增加一次性胃管置管成功率,降低洗胃异常情况的发生,缩短洗胃时间,减轻了患者的痛苦。To observe effect of pine dental pad and traditional dental pad in treatment of acute oral poisoning with indwelling gastric lavage .[Method] A total of 386 adults cases with acute poisoning treated with automatic machine of gastric lavage were divided into control group （n=186 ） to be washed stomach with the traditional plastic teeth pad and observational group （n=200 ） to be washed stomach with the pine teeth pad by history confrontation .The success rate ,gastric lavage anoma-lies （including oral mucosa injury or gingival bleeding rate , bit rate ） ,flat gastrolavage time were compared between two groups .[Result] The rate of success and abnormal incidence were 99% and 6 .5% ,respectively ,which were significantly higher than that of the control group with 91 .94% and 31 .18% ,respectively .The total time of gastric lavage were significant shorter than that of control group （ P＆lt;0 .05） .[Conclusion] Pine dental pad for acute poisoning with oral lavage can increase gastric tube intubation success rate ,reduce gastric lavage abnormality ,shorten gastric lavage time and reduce the pain of the pa-tient .
