摘 要:双丝系统中两个电源之间的时序协同控制是焊接效果的重要影响因素。利用双CAN总线方案,既能解决电源的分布式控制,又能完成双电源协同控制问题。利用32位ARM+DSP芯片TMS320F28M35x作为硬件核心,使用实时操作系统μC/OSⅡ作为软件平台,给出完整的分布式控制双丝焊电源方案,阐述了该电源系统的任务和流程。对CAN总线解决电源协同控制问题所产生的时间延迟给出了补偿方法。The sequential cooperation control between the two power supplies is the most important influence factor for the welding effect in the double wire system. Using the double CAN bus scheme can solve the problems of power supplies' distributed control and the cooperative control between two power supplies. A complete distributed control double-wire welding power supply scheme is designed in this paper,in which a 32-bits ARM +DSP TMS320F28M35x chip is used as the hardware core,and a Real-time Operating System (RTOS) μC/OS-Ⅱ as the software platform,the power system's task and process are also elaborated. Besides, the compensating solution to time delay coming from that using CAN bus to solve the problem of double power supplies' cooperative control is stated.
