摘 要:针对某火电厂5号炉排烟温度高、过热器减温水量高等问题,提出了增加省煤器受热面积和预热器漏风治理等改造方案。改造后,锅炉热效率升高0.37个百分点,过热器减温水总量减少35 t/h,预热器漏风率下降2.6个百分点,综合计算供电煤耗下降1.9 g/kWh。若按照机组全年运行5 000 h,平均电负荷500MW计算,一年可以节约燃料4 750 t,经济效益显著提升。Directing against the problem of the desuperheater spray amout (DSA) and the exhaust flue gas temperature being higher than the designed value from boiler No 5, the retrofitting scheme of increasing the heating surface of the economizer and the sealing rehabilitation has been put forward. The boiler performance test after improvement indicates that the boiler efficiency of No. 5 at the full load increases 0.37 percentage points, the DSA and the rate of air lackage decrease 35t/h and 2. 6percentage points,the net coal consumption rate decreases 1.8 g/kWh. According to annual opera- tion hours to be 500 Oh, and power generation load to be 500MW, the annual coal - saving can reach 4 500 t, economic benefit being abvious.
