摘　　要：某电厂改造的高温再热器部件,在结构上与常规产品有所不同,存在管子空间角度弯制多、吊挂管装焊难度大以及热处理变形不易控制等特点。本文通过对制造过程中的难点进行阐述及分析,梳理该高温再热器制造工艺特点并给出具体制造工艺措施。The structure of high temperature reheater component of a export power plant is different from normal products, characterized by a lot of three - dimensional bended pipes, difficult welding work on supporting tubes and heat treatment deformation control problems. This article illustrates and analyzes the manufacture difficulties, summarizes the specialties of manufacture technology for this high temperature reheater, and gives the detailed technical measures.
