摘　　要：对扬子石化芳烃厂胺液脱硫装置运行中存在的问题进行了分析,包括系统腐蚀加剧、产品硫化氢超标、高压贫胺液泵出现联锁故障、部分设备处理能力不足等,针对这些问题采取了设备材质升级、优化工艺操作、改造胺液过滤流程及设备更新等措施,这些对策实施效果良好,使装置运行中存在的问题得到了解决,为装置平稳高效运行提供了保证。There were several problems , including the corrosion rate of equipments increasing significantly , high concentration of hydrogen sulfide in products , high pressure lean amine liquid pump Interlocking failures and insufficient of handling capacity of some equipments , occurred in liquid amine desulfurization unit in aromatic plant , Sinopec , Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd.These problems brought great impact to the stable running of the liquid amine desulfurization unit.It was suggested that several countermeasures can be used to solve these problems , including equipments material quality upgrading , operation optimization , process transformation and equipment replacement.These measures made significant effects and ensured a long period and stable running of the liquid amine desulfurization unit .
