“同城化”视角下的金义都市区发展对策研究

摘　　要：随着城市化的快速发展,城市区域化和区域城市化成为很多地方发展的一个趋势.而在浙中城市群快速发展的同时,区域一体化的趋势也越来越明显,为了适应这种发展态势,金义都市区的建设被提上了议事日程,开始了如火如荼的建设.基于这样的一个背景,在同城化的视角下对金义都市区的发展现状、存在的主要问题进行了系统的梳理,对当前发展从产业、空间布局、交通引导、信息的发布与民众的交流和沟通的角度,以及基于对环境的尊重和利用的角度给出了相应的对策和建议.With the rapid development of urbanization , urban regionalization and region urbanization became a trend in the development of a lot of places .In the middle of Zhejiang urban , developed rapidly at the same time, the trend of regional integration became more and more obvious .In order to adapt to the development situation , Jin Yi metropolitan area construction on the agenda , started construction in full swing .It was dis-cussed the meaningful arguments , concepts such as lecture content from the perspective of industry , the per-spective of spatial layout , the angle of traffic guidance , information release and the angle of communication of people based on the perspective of respect for the environment , the corresponding countermeasures and sugges-tions were put forward .
