摘 要:以某型动车的动力轮对为例,根据双面硬支撑动平衡测试挠性转子的特性,建立动力轮对及其齿轮箱的刚柔混合动力学模型,以动平衡测试中轮对轴的径向振动幅值为目标,对动力轮对动平衡测试中齿轮箱的影响程度进行仿真研究.结果表明,带齿轮箱的动力轮对径向振动幅值是不带齿轮箱时的15~20倍,对动力轮对动平衡测试影响大.This paper made driving wheelset of one certain type train as the example, established rigid flexible hybrid dynamic model of driving wheelset and its gearbox according to the characteristics of double-faced hard support flexible rotor, made the amplitude of radial vibration of the wheel shaft as target in dynamic balance measurement, and studied the influence of the existence of gearbox with simulation. The result shows that the radial amplitude of driving wheel shaft with gearbox is 15-20 times than that without gearbox, hay ing large influence for the dynamic balance measurement of driving wheelset.
