摘　　要：针对长春市第四净水厂空气搅拌系统、浓硫酸投加系统存在影响活化硅酸配制质量的问题,通过调整空气配管的纵、横间距和布气孔眼大小以及浓硫酸计量筒直径,提高了空气搅拌强度和浓硫酸投加量控制的准确性,保证了助凝剂活化硅酸的配制质量,降低了药耗,提高了出厂水水质。Aimed at the influence on preparation quality of activated silicic acid in air stirring system and concentrated sulfuric acid dosing system in the Fourth Waterworks of Changchun City,the air stirring intensity and the accuracy of concentrated sulfuric acid dosage control were improved with adjusting vertical and lateral distance of air piping,perforation size and modification of diameter of concentrated sulfuric acid metering cylinder. It could ensure the preparation quality of coagulant aid activated silicic acid,decrease chemicals consumption and improve outflow quality.
