刺络拔罐联合棉花灸治疗带状疱疹神经痛15例

摘　　要：目的:探究刺络拔罐联合棉花灸治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效。方法:选自我院2013年2月-2013年9月15例患者给予刺络拔罐和棉花灸治疗。结果:治愈:计12例,占80%;好转:计3例,占20%;未愈:0例。总有效率达100%。结论:刺络拔罐和棉花灸联合应用可以增强排毒外出、促进血液循环、减少病毒对神经的损害作用,缩短治疗时间,预后较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To study clinical efficacy of collateral pricking and cupping plus cotton moxibustion on shingles neuralgia. Methods：15 patients were selected and were given collateral pricking and cupping plus cotton moxibustion. Results：12 cases were cured, accounting for about 80%; 3 cases were improved, accounting for about 20%. The total efficiency was 100%. Conclusion： Collateral pricking and cupping plus cotton moxibustion can improve blood circulation and purifies the skin, reduce nerve damage by virus, shorten the course of treatment. The prognosis is good, and is worthy of recommending.
