髋关节疾病患者围手术期自身输血应用中医中药的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨髋关节疾病患者围手术期自身输血应用中医中药治疗的临床效果。方法:利用病例回顾性分析方法,对我院于2011年1月1日-2013年12月31日诊治的126例髋关节疾病围手术期自身输血患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究和比较分析。将患者按照随机分配方法分成两组,其中对照组63例患者均采用静脉滴注生脉针方法进行治疗;观察组63例患者在对照组治疗的基础上再加用中药加味八珍合剂进行治疗。然后将两组数据结果进行分析,探讨两组患者的关节功能恢复情况。结果:观察组总优良率为84.12%,对照组总优良率为68.25%,观察组的总优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药加味八珍合剂在髋关节疾病围手术期自身输血患者康复治疗中具有显著的临床效果,患者的关节功能恢复情况良好,对我国治疗髋关节疾病围手术期自身输血患者的发展具有重要价值,值得临床借鉴和推广。Objective：To investigate clinical effects of TCM medicine on autotransfusion in patients with transfusion hip disease.Methods： Clinical data of 126 patients were retrospectively researched. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 63 cases were given intravenous drip; while the observation of 63 cases were given the Bazhen mixture more. Status of joint function recovery in two groups were analyzed. Results：The total efficacy in the observation was 84.12%, better than 68.25%in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Bazhen mixture shows obvious effects on autotransfusion in patients with transfusion hip disease, has significant development value and is worthy of learning and promotion.
