摘　　要：目的:探讨中风病脾胃发病病机,并探讨临床诊治方法。方法:选取2010年7月-2012年7月我院收治的48例中风患者为研究对象,回顾性分析48例患者临床资料。结果:经临床对中风患者发病机制进行分析探讨,并给予积极的对症治疗,患者临床症状有明显改善,均痊愈出院。结论:从脾胃如搜分析中风患者发病机制,并给予相应的治疗,能明显改善患者临床症状,提高临床疗效。Objective：To study pathogenesis and diagnosis of stroke based on the theory of Pi and Wei. Methods：48 patients were selected in hospital from July 2010 to July 2012. Clinical data in 48 cases were reviewed. Results：Patients were given positive treatment after clinical discussion. Clinical symptoms in patients were significantly improved and cured. Conclusion： Positive treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy on stroke based on the theory of Pi and Wei.
