摘　　要：目的:建立祛斑养颜丸的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别法和薄层色谱法对方中主要药味当归、枸杞子、地黄、丹参、红花、白芷、墨旱莲等进行定性鉴别研究。结果:粉末显微鉴别特征清晰明显,专属性强,薄层色谱鉴别斑点显色清晰,专属性强,RF值适中。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective：To establish QS of Quban Yangyan Wan. Methods：Microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography were adapted for qualitative identification on Danggui, Gouqizi, Dihuang, Danshen, Honghua, Baizhi and Mohanlian. Results：The character of powder was clear and evident, specific by microscopic identification; the color of spot was clear, specific, and moderate RF by TLC. Conclusion：Microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used as a quality control method.
