耳穴贴压联合冬青灌肠液保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症56例

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的新方法。方法:将110例患者随机分为两组,治疗组56例,采用耳穴联合冬青灌肠液保留灌肠治疗,对照组54例,仅采用冬青灌肠液保留灌肠治疗;两组患者均以14d为1个疗程,经治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率、有效率及显效时间与对照组比较均有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:耳穴贴压联合冬青灌肠液保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症具有疗效好、不易复发等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To discuss the new methods of pelvic inflammation sequelae in TCM. Methods：110 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 56 cases in treatment group were given auricular application pressure plus the Dongqing liquid enema;54 cases in control group were given the Dongqing liquid enema; 14d was 1 course and efficacy was observed in 3 courses. Results： Curative rate, effective rate, and effective time in the treatment group compared with those in the control group were significantly different, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Auricular application pressure plus the Dongqing liquid enema for pelvic inflammatory sequelae show advantages of good curative effect, low recurrence, is worthy of clinical promotion.
