中西医结合疗法对再生障碍性贫血患者治疗效果的观察

摘　　要：目的:研究扶正补血颗粒对再生障碍性贫血患者(Aplastic Anemia,AA)治疗效果的观察。方法:将2007年5月-2011年5月在惠州市中心人民医院血液科住院36例AA患者分为两组,治疗组使用扶正补血颗粒加环孢素治疗,对照组单用环孢素治疗,10名健康体检者为阴性对照组。观察时间为3个月,经血细胞检测仪检查治疗前后白细胞、血红蛋白和血小板水平。结果:治疗组和对照组通过治疗后,白细胞、血红蛋白和血小板都有明显升高(P<0.01);治疗组在治疗后血细胞升高与对照组在治疗后更明显(P<0.01)。结论:扶正补血颗粒可能通过改善AA患者骨髓微环境,促进造血细胞增生,减少细胞凋亡,调节免疫功能等来治疗AA。Objective：To research clinical effects of the Fuzheng Buxue granule on aplastic anemia. Methods：36 patients were divided into two groups, the treatment was given Fuzheng Buxue granule plus cyclosporine, while the control was given cyclosporine solo. 10 healthy person were selected as Yinxing control group. White blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets in two groups were recorded. Results：White blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets in two groups were higher than before treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Fuzheng Buxue granule can improve bone marrow microenvironment, promote hematopoietic cell proliferation and reduce apoptosis and regulate immune function.
