摘　　要：目的:观察乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法:选择84例在我院治疗的乳腺增生患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均42例。两组患者均给予心理疏导,保持心情舒畅,对照组使用红外线乳腺治疗仪进行局部照射治疗,治疗组在红外线乳腺治疗仪治疗的基础上给予乳癖散结胶囊治疗。结果:治疗后两组总体有效率比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:乳癖散结胶囊可以明显减轻患者乳痛,缩小肿块,疗效显著。Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Rupi Sanjie capsule on hyperplasia. Methods：84 patients were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were given psychological persuasion, the control group was given the therapy of infrared ray radiation, another was given the Rupi Sanjie capsule more. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment group was better, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：The Rupi Sanjie capsule can obviously relieve patients’ pain, reduce mass, with remarkable effects.
