健康教育在社区糖尿病慢性病防治中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:评价健康教育在社区糖尿病慢性病防治中的应用探讨。方法:重庆北碚区北泉社区卫生服务中心的100例糖尿病患者随机区分为两组,一组在常规的治疗方案上实施每月一次的健康教育,另一组按照常规方案进行治疗。结果:实验组的精神状态与生活方式均有好转,血糖控制理想、并发症与病死率和致残率与对照组进行对比差别均有明显意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病健康教育的实施可使社区糖尿病患者血糖维持稳定,增强对糖尿病知识的了解,提高病人良好的就医行为和改变不良的生活方式。Objective： To explore application of health education in preventing and treating diabetes chronic diseases in the community. Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given the conventional treatment;the experimental group was given health education every month more. Results： The total clinical efficiency in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control with better mental state, lifestyle, ideal glycemic control and lower occurrence, mortality and morbidity （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Application of diabetes health education could maintain the stable level of blood sugar, enhance acknowledge of diabetes, and improve patients’ life style.
