摘　　要：中国电解铝产能自2001年以来,已经连续十三年稳居世界第一。目前铝工业的发展已经到了由"量变"向"质变"提升的关键节点。现代铝电解工业需要把整体预防的环境战略应用于生产过程和产品中,以增加生态效率和减少环境风险。Since 2001,the capacity of aluminum reduction has located the first in the world in China. The development of aluminum industry has been at the key node from quantitative change to qualitative change. The whole prevention pollution strategy should be applied to production and products for the modern aluminum industry in China to increase ecological efficiency and decrease environment hazard.
