摘  要:以拟薄水铝石为原料,胶溶沉淀法制备出球形活性氧化铝前驱体,经过系列温度焙烧得到不同相态的活性氧化铝。采用XRD、SEM、比表面积分析仪、EDS能谱对前驱体及焙烧产物进行了表征。研究结果表明,700℃焙烧,得到粒度分布均一、稳定剂离子分布均匀、比表面积大、孔径适中的活性氧化铝;1100℃焙烧后仍能保持较大的比表面积,比表面积为70m2/g,孔容为0.44mL/g,没有高温α相的出现;可作为尾气净化、催化燃烧等多相催化剂的催化剂载体。Using pseudo-boehmite as raw material,spherical activated alumina precursor was prepared by peptizing-precipitation process. Different morphology of activated alumina was produced under different temperature. The precursors and the calcined products had been characterized by XRD,SEM,specific surface area analyzer,EDS energy spectrum. The results indicated that the activated alumina with uniform particle size distribution,uniform distribution of additions,large specific surface area,moderate pore size was gain at 700℃; a larger specific surface area of the activated alumina was still kept at1100℃,the specific surface area was 70m^2/g,the pore volume was 0. 44 mL /g,the high temperature alpha phrase did not appeared. So the activated alumina can be used as heterogeneous catalyst support,such as tail gas purification,catalytic combustion and so on.
