摘  要:本文介绍了我国预焙阳极电解槽焙烧启动技术的发展历程,描述了新型湿法焙烧启动技术的特点,详细分析了其与传统焦粒焙烧技术相比具备缩短焙烧时间、降低焙烧电耗、提高焙烧时温度的均匀程度、启动及后期不发生阳极效应,快速调整电压值正常等技术优势,该技术可节能减排、减少劳动强度、提高电解槽寿命。In this paper,the progress of preheating and start-up technology for pre-baked anode aluminum reduction pots was introduced,and technology characteristics of new wet pre-heating and start-up technology were described. Comparing with traditional pre-heating and start-up technology with particle coke,some advantages were analyzed,such as low preheating duration,low energy consumption,uniform baking temperature,no anode effects during start-up and latter period and quick voltage adjustment. This technology could save energy,reduce emission and labor intensity and prolong the pot service life.
