摘 要:高水平运动项目组织内部具有的丰富隐性知识,对于保持其高水准的竞技状态具有重要作用。竞技体育人才隐性知识的亲验性和情境性特点,决定了其必然要参与到具体的竞技体育运动实践中,通过自身千百次刻苦练习和领悟来获取隐性知识。竞技体育人才在训练和比赛等竞技体育实践中获取隐性知识的过程称之为"练中学"与"赛中学",此方式是优秀竞技体育人才隐性知识获取的最佳途径。本研究集中分析了基于"练中学"与"赛中学"模式的竞技体育人才隐性知识获取机理,进一步明晰了整个获取过程,并提出了组织干预策略,希望能为提高竞技体育人才个体隐性知识水平和比赛能力,进而促进运动项目组织核心竞争力的提升提供借鉴。There is rich tacit knowledge inside the high level sports organization, which plays an important role in maintai- ning its high level competitive state. Competitive sports talent tacit knowledge' s close experiencing and situational charac- teristics determine that is necessarily involved in the specific practice of competitive sports through its own thousand hard practice and insights for tacit knowledge. The process which competitive sports talent obtains tacit knowledge in competi- tive sports training and competition is called "learning in training" and "learning in competition". The modes above are the best ways for excellent competitive sports talent to acquire tacit knowledge. This research analyzed tacit knowledge acquisi- tion mechanism of competitive sports talent based on "learning in training" and "learning in competition" modes,further clarified the whole acquisition process ,put forward the organization daring strategy, hoping to improve the level and com- petition ability of competitive sports talent' s individual tacit knowledge, thus provided reference to promote the ascension of sports organization core competitiveness.
