HPLC法测定强肾养心胶囊中松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立强肾养心胶囊中松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定方法.方法：采用反相HPLC法,色谱柱为Shim-packVP-ODS C18,流动相为甲醇-0.1％甲酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为330 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,柱温为28℃.结果：松果菊苷线性范围为0.184 ～1.347 μg,r=0.999 6,平均加样回收率为99.5％,RSD=1.4％;毛蕊花糖苷线性范围为0.123～0.899 μg,r=0.999 7,平均加样回收率为100.5％,RSD=1.8％.结论：该方法快速、简便、结果准确可靠,专属性强,可用于强肾养心胶囊的质量控制.Objective： To establish a method to determine echinacoside and verbascoside in Qiangshen Yangxin capsules by RP- HPLC. Methods： A Shim-pack VP-ODS Cls column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% formic acid solution with gradi- ent elution. The flow rate was l. 0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength was 330nm and the column temperature was 28℃. Results： The linear range of verbascoside was 0. 184-1. 347 μg（ r = 0. 999 6） and the average recovery was 99.5% with RSD of 1.4%. The lin- ear range of echinacoside was 0. 123-0.899 txg（ r =0.999 7 ） and the average recovery was 100.5% with RSD of 1.8%, Conclusion： The method is rapid, simple, accurate and specific, which can be used in the quality control of Qiangshen Yangxin capsules.
