摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在呼吸内科开展工作的内容和方法。方法:通过临床药师在呼吸内科的典型临床药学服务实践,总结呼吸内科开展药学服务的内容、方法。结果:呼吸内科临床药师可以从协助临床医生制定抗感染治疗方案、积极参与抗感染会诊,分析药物之间的相互作用和不良反应,进行患者用药教育等方面的工作。结论:临床药师应当不断提高自己的业务水平,才能更好地服务于患者。Objective： To investigate the work content and methods of clinical pharmacists in respiratory department. Methods： The content and methods of pharmaceutical care in respiratory department were summarized through the representative pharmaceutical care practice of clinical pharmacists in respiratory department. Results： The clinical pharmacists in respiratory department could carry out the pharmaceutical care by the ways of assisting doctors to draw up anti-infective therapeutic regimen, actively participating in anti-ical pharmacists can provide better service for patients by keeping improving professional levels.
