摘  要:目的:建立HPLC色谱法测定甘草流浸膏中甘草酸铵的含量.方法:采用HPLC色谱法在Daminsil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱上梯度洗脱分离,乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为250 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,柱温为30℃.结果:甘草酸铵在0.0468~0.2340 mg· ml-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.83%,RSD为0.39%(n=9).结论:该方法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好、简便可行,可作为含有甘草流浸膏制剂的质量控制方法.Objective : To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of ammonium glycyrrhizinate in extractum glycyrrhi- zae. Methods: Tile operating conditions were a Diamonsil Cls (250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm ) column and acetonitrile( A )-0.1% acetic aeid (B) as the mobile phase with gradieat elution. The flow rate was 1.0 m · min-1. The deteetion wavelength was set at 250nm for glycyrrhizic acid. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃. Result, s: The content of glycyrrhizic acid was linear within the range of 0. 046 8-0. 234 0 mg · ml 1 , and the average recovery was 97.83% with RSD of 0.39% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate and eonvenient with high sensitivity and good repeatability,and can be used in the quality contrul of extractum glycyrrhizae.
