双重贸易开放与信息化和工业化融合——基于新型工业化基地的实证研究

摘　　要：本文在我国新型工业化产业示范基地的背景下,着眼于城市贸易环境和示范基地自身贸易水平的"双重"贸易开放度,运用工具变量法实证考察了"双重"贸易开放对示范基地两化融合的影响。结果显示:在控制了城市和示范基地内的其他影响因素及内生性之后,城市贸易水平以及示范基地自身的贸易水平都对两化融合有显著的正向效应;政府和公共服务平台的作用并没有很好地发挥;同时发现,经济发展水平与两化融合水平并没有必然的相关性,两化融合的内生动力至关重要。Against the backdrop of new industrialization model bases being established in China, dwelling on the double trade openness combining the openness of urban trade environment and that of the model bases, this paper adopts an instrumental variable approach to integration of informatization with inspect the effect of double openness on the industrialization. The results show that： when the influencing factors including the city and the model base and endogeneity are controlled, both the city＇ s trade openness degree and that of the demonstration base are found to have a positive effect on the integration of informatization with industrialization; the government and public service platforms did not materialize their effects well; meanwhile, there isn＇ t a necessary correlation between economic development and the integration; and, endogeneity plays a crucial role in the integration of informatization with industrialization.
