摘　　要：基于经典工业化理论,从中国特色新型工业化的属性架构、经济发展水平、二元经济、产业结构、空间结构、生态环境等方面,构建了新型工业化发展的"BDC"三维综合评价指标体系:基础维度、发展维度、贡献维度,提出了新型工业化的评价方法,并对中国整体及31个省市的新型工业化评估进行了实证分析。Based on the classical theory of industrialization, this paper studies on the connotation and feature of the new way of industrialization with Chinese characteristics. In terms of economy development, industrial structure, inner structure of industry, dual economy and ecological environment, it constructs the general evaluation index system of the new way of industrialization with Chinese characteristics, which concludes the three parts：fundamental Dimension, development dimension and contribution dimension. It also puts forward the evaluation method and gave an empirical analysis based on data from 31 provinces of China.
