云芝肝泰胶囊联合复合B族维生素控制酒精性脂肪肝的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察云芝肝泰胶囊联合复合B族维生素控制酒精性脂肪肝临床效果。方法将明确诊断的酒精性脂肪肝患者160例门诊病例,随机分成联合治疗组、治疗组、维生素组和对照组各40例。其中联合治疗组给予云芝肝泰胶囊4粒/次,同时给予复合B族维生素片3片/次;治疗组给予云芝肝泰胶囊4粒/次;维生素组仅给予复合B族维生素片3片/次;对照组给予还原型谷胱甘肽、肌酐等一般治疗。所有药物均要求口服3次/d,连续治疗3个月后,观察患者治疗前后临床症状及血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、甘油三酯(TG)和肝脏B超结果给予药物疗效的判断。结果联合治疗组总有效率72%,治疗组总有效率60%,维生素组总有效率10%,对照组总有效率45%。联合治疗组总较其他各组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云芝肝泰胶囊联合复合维生素在治疗酒精性脂肪肝方面可以起到协同增强的作用,治疗效果安全有效。Objective To observate clinical treament on alcoholic fatty liver by Yunzhigantai capsules combining with vitamin B. Methods One hundred and sixty alcoholic fatty liver patients were randomly divided into 4 groups,treatment group1（ n = 40）,treatment group 2（ n = 40）,vitamin group（ n = 40） and control group（ n = 40）. Patients in treatment group1 received 4 tablets of Yunzhigantai combing with 3 tablets of vitamin B,treatment group 2 received 4 tablets of Yunzhigantai capsules,vitamin group received 3 tablets of vitamin B,while control group received conventional nursing care and treatment with reduced glutathione and inosine. All medicine was given 3 times a day,the treatment lasted for 3 months.Comparing the flowing factors before and after treatment of each patient： clinical expression,alanine aminotransferase（ ALT）,aspartate aminotrasferase（ AST）,γ- glutamyl transpeptidase（ GGT）,triglyceride（ TG） and B- Scan Ultrasound image on liver. Results Patients of each group were recovered in different pace,while effective rate of treatment group 1,treatment group 2,vitamin group and control group was 72%,60%,10% and 45%,respectively. The rate of treatment group 1 was superior to other groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Yunzhigantai capsules combining with vitamin B play an important role in treatment on alcoholic fatty liver.
