摘　　要：由于未成年犯特殊的神经质与精神质特点,我们在未成年犯社区矫正中应充分考虑未成年人利益最大化和保护的原则。而恢复性司法与未成年犯社区矫正存在共同的契合点,具有共同的价值追求。因此,在未成年犯社区矫正中引入恢复性司法的理念将能更好地实现其终极目标。Because of the special characteristics of neuroticism and psychoticism of juvenile delinquents, we should fully consider the principle of benefit maximization and protection of juveniles in juvenile delinquents community correction. And there are common point and value pursuit between restorative justice and community correction for juvenile delinquents. Therefore, the introduction of the concept of restorative justice into community correction for juvenile delinquents will help to achieve its ultimate goal.
