摘　　要：目的:对百可利原料药中主要有关未知物质成分进行研究,为药品安全、有效及质量控制提供基础研究数据。方法:采用活性炭吸附富集、硅胶柱层析色谱分离有关物质成分,并运用UV、IR、NMR、MS光谱法解析结构。结果:确认有关物质成分为千层纸素A。结论:对于百可利药品主要有关物质有效控制具有重要的科学意义,对药品制备工艺的优化和改进具有重要指导意义。This study was aimed to identify the main related substance in baicalein in order to provide basic study data for the safety, efficacy and quality control of the medicine. The analysis was carried out on activated carbon and silica gel column. The compound structure was identified by spectral analysis, which included UV, IR, NMR and MS. The results showed that the related substance was identified as oroxylin A. It was concluded that the determination provided scientific data for studying the impurities of baicalein and improving its quality.
