观察穴位贴敷在翼状胬肉术后疼痛中的影响

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷对翼状胬肉术后患者疼痛的影响。方法 60例翼状胬肉术后患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组采用一般眼科术后护理,实验组在此基础上加用穴位敷贴,观察两组疼痛发生率及疼痛程度。结果实验组患者疼痛的发生率(66.70%)较对照组疼痛的发生率(93.30%)明显降低,疼痛严重程度明显减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴对于降低翼状胬肉术后患者的疼痛发生率及疼痛严重程度有显著意义。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint sticking on postoperative pain in pterygium. Methods Divided 60 cases of pterygium randomly into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Control group took groovy nursing, the experimental group in the previous basis combined with acupoint sticking therapy, observed the incidence and degree of pain in two groups.Results The incidence of pain in experimental group（66.70%） was significantly reduced, compared with control group（93.30%）, degree of pain was relieved, differences in two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint sticking can obviously reduce the incidence and degree of postoperative pain in patients with pterygium, the clinical treatment and rehabilitation of patients are of great significance.
