老年脑栓塞病患者完美主义与情绪稳定性的相关研究及护理对策

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年脑栓塞病患者完美主义与情绪稳定性的相关性，为临床护理提供参考依据。方法选取2010年7月至2012年7月收治的110例老年脑栓塞病患者为研究对象，通过中文版Frost多维完美主义量表（CFMPS）、艾森克情绪稳定性测试量表（EESTS）进行调查，采用Pearson分析完美主义与情绪稳定性的相关性。结果患者CFMPS量表条目评分总分为（3.24±0.51）分，量表总分为（89.46±10.47）分；患者自卑、焦虑、抑郁维度评分分别是（16.72±3.28）分、（15.12±4.94）分、（19.73±4.38）分；Pearson相关性分析结果显示，自卑、焦虑、抑郁与个人标准、家属期望、条理性呈负相关（ P＜0.05），与行动的疑虑、担心错误呈正相关（ P＜0.05）。情绪稳定性影响因素多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示，个人标准、条理性、行动的疑惑对情绪稳定性有着显著的影响（ P＜0.05）。结论脑栓塞患者的完美主义水平处于中等水平，情绪稳定性水平较低，个人标准、家属期望、条理性能够有效预测老年脑栓塞患者情绪稳定性变换情况。Objective To explore the correlation between perfectionism and emotional stability of patients with senile cerebral em -bolism, provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods A total of 110 cases of patients with senile cerebral embolism as the research ob-ject, the Chinese version of the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale （CFMPS） and Eysenck emotional stability test scale （EESTS） were used to investigate all the patients , correlation between perfectionism and emotional stability was analyzed by Pearson .Results The score of CFMOPS item of the patients was （3.24 ±0.51） point, the score of scale was （89.46 ±10.47）; the score of self -abasement, anxiety and depression was respectively （16.72 ±3.28） points, （15.12 ±4.94） points, （19.73 ±4.38） points; Pearson correlation a-nalysis showed a negative correlation between self -abasement, anxiety, depression and personal standards , family expectations, orderliness （ P〈0.05 ） , showed a positively correlation with doubts about actions , worry about mistakes （ P〈0.05 ） .The emotional stability of multi-ple linear stepwise regression analysis showed personal standards , orderliness , doubts about actions had a significant impact on emotional sta-bility （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Perfectionism level of patients with cerebral embolism is medium , emotional stability level is low , the standards of personal , family expectations and orderliness can effectively predict the emotional stability in patients with senile cerebral embol -ism transform.
