护理干预对老年慢性病患者保健管理满意度的影响

摘　　要：【摘要】目的探讨护理干预措施对老年慢性病患者保健管理满意度的影响作用。方法选取2011年4月至2013年4月到我院保健科进行登记的348例老年慢性病患者作为研究对象，随机均分为干预组和对照组各174例，对照组给予常规的保健管理，干预组在对照组的基础上增加护理干预，比较两组患者疾病控制情况及对保健管理工作的满意度。结果干预组患者在保健管理过程中，经过针对性的护理干预措施，干预组疾病控制情况显著优于对照组，患者的满意度平均分为（79．27±20．31）分，满率为96．55％，对照组为（58．91±18．45）分，满意率为75．29％，两组患者在疾病控制情况、满意度评分及满意率方面的比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对老年慢性病患者进行常规保健管理的基础上增加护理干预，能够从根本上改善患者病情、生活质量，提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the effects of the nursing interventions on health care management satisfaction for elderly patients with chronic .Methods From April 2011 to April 2013 in our hospital health department for registration of 348 cases of elderly patients with chronic diseases as a clinical observation object.All the patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 174 cases in each group ..Control group received routine care management intervention group was treated with nursing intervention based on the control group .Diseases control situation and health care management satisfaction were compared between two groups .Results In the health care management process , through targeted nursing interventions , diseases control situation in the intervention group was sig-nificantly better than that in the control group , the mean score of patients'satisfaction was (79.27 ±20.31 ) points, satisfaction rate was 96.55 percent, in the control group that was (58.91 ±18.45 ) points, satisfaction rate was75.29 percent, there were significantly differ-ences with diseases control situation , the score of satisfaction and satisfaction rate ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The elderly patients with chronic diseases were treated with nursing intervention based on the routine health care management , it can fundamentally improve the patient's condition, quality of life and patients'satisfaction.
