康惠儿透明贴和喜疗妥治疗化疗性静脉炎的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨康惠儿透明贴和喜疗妥治疗化疗性静脉炎的研究效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的70例肿瘤化疗性静脉炎患者,采用方便抽样方法随机分成对照组和试验组,各35例。对照组采用喜疗妥涂抹表面皮肤、纱布覆盖的方法,试验组采用康惠儿透明贴沿静脉走向外贴的方法,比较两组治疗化疗性静脉炎的效果。结果:试验组治愈率57.14%明显高于对照组的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康惠儿透明贴在临床治疗化疗性静脉炎有明显优势,可明显减轻患者局部皮肤红肿、硬结及疼痛程度,效果优于喜疗妥外涂。Objective： Study on the effect of Kang Huier transparent paste and Hirudoid in treatment of chemotherapeutic phlebitis.Method： 70 cases of patients with chemotherapeutic phlebitis were treated in author＇s hospital, using convenience sampling method and randomly divided into control group and experiment group, 35 cases in each.The control group used Hirudoid coated surface skin, method of gauze to cover, the experiment group adopted the Kang Huier transparent paste method along the veinto stick, compared two groups of treatment of chemotherapeutic phlebitis effect.Result： The test group was significantly higher than that in control group, the cure rate was 57.14% and 28.57%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Kang Huier transparent paste has obvious advantage in the clinical treatment of chemotherapeutic phlebitis of patients, can significantly reduce the local skin redness, induration, pain degree, effect is better than that of Hirudoid external coating.
