摘　　要：目的:研究锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨骨折失败的原因,提高手术成功率。方法:2006-2013年在笔者所在医院接受锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨骨折手术一共失败11例,对其进行分析。结果:骨质疏松、术后康复锻炼不当、骨折未解剖复位、过早负重等是导致桡骨骨折手术失败的原因。结论:对于骨折手术,医生在手术时需要操作正确熟练以外,使用质量好的钢板以及成套的器械,同时还要注重患者功能锻炼的指导,提醒患者注意骨折未彻底治愈前尽量不要负重。Objective： To analyze the failure causes of radial fracture with locking plate fixation, improving the success rate of operation.Method： From 2006 to 2013 in our hospital, 11 cases of radial fracture with locking plate fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture operation were failed, the data were analyzed.Result： Osteoporosis, postoperative rehabilitation exercise properly, no fracture anatomical reduction, early weight-bearing were the leading causes of radius fracture operation failed.Conclusion： For fracture operation, the doctors need skilled operation right, use good quality steel plate and complete sets of equipment, pay attention to functional exercise for patients with guidance at the same time, to remind patients not cured thoroughly before fracture, try not to burden.
