摘 要:目的:探讨联合应用硫辛酸与前列地尔对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗水平及代谢紊乱状况的影响。方法:选择血糖控制良好的2型糖尿病患者180例,平均分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规饮食控制和药物治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用α-硫辛酸及前列地尔,为期4周,所有患者在末次用药次日及研究开始前空腹采集静脉血液,用于检测FBS、FINS、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG,并测量所有患者体重及身高,计算HOMA2-IR及BMI,采用SPSS 17.0统计分析软件,比较研究前后两组间及各组内上述胰岛素抵抗及代谢指标。结果:研究组和对照组均无退出病例。两组间比较,FBS、FINS、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、HOMA2-IR及BMI的基线差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组FBS及TG与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而研究组FINS、TC、LDL-C、HOMA2-IR及BMI均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于2型糖尿病患者,在良好控制血糖的基础上,联合应用前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸可改善胰岛素抵抗及代谢紊乱。Objective:To investigate the combined effects of Alprostadil with Alpha Lipoic Acid on insulin resistance and metabolic disorder in patients with type 2 diabetes.Method:180 patients with type 2 diabetes with well glucose control were randomly and averagely divided into two groups,research group and control group.Routine diet regulation and drug therapy were applied to control group,and additional treatment with Alprostadil and Alpha Lipoic Acid was adopted for research group,with a research period of 4 weeks.At the beginning and the end of our research,blood samples were collected from every subject for quantifying FBS,FINS,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and TG,and we collected data of body mass and height.Then HOMA2-IR and BMI were calculated.SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software was adopted for comparing the above indexes.Result:There was no withdrawal during the whole research.The level of FBS,FINS,TC,HDL-C, LDL-C,TG,HOMA2-IR and BMI at baseline were not significantly different between the two groups(P〉0.05).By the end of our study,FBS and TG in research group was not significantly different than that in control group(P〉0.05),but FINS,TC,LDL-C,HOMA2-IR and BMI of research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P〈0.05),and HDL-C was higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy of Alprostadil with Alpha Lipoic Acid may be effective in improving insulin resistance and metabolic disorders on the basis of well glucose control.
